Job Description
Job Responsibilities include:
- Manage the entire onboarding process for new customers, beginning to end – from sales handover to product configuration and customer training, ensuring new customers are onboarded quickly and efficiently.
- Develop rapport and meaningful customer relationships, building connections and gaining trust.
- Be proactive in customer outreach and communication, including preparing meeting agendas, leading engaging calls, and following up with customers.
- Ability to project manage to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
