PROJECT NAME: Rise
POSITION TITLE: Recruiting Analyst
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Understanding recruiting demands and specific skill profiles
- Screening applications and candidates’ selection
- Conducting interviews, sharing feedback about candidates, and tracking their profiles in a recruitment system, preparing, and conducting job offers
- Participating in recruiting events and sourcing activities
- Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policies and operational metrics
- Utilizing recruiting database(s) and tools
- Conducting and distributing reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identifying issues, and recommending actions
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with the stakeholder group
- Cooperating with and providing status to Recruiting Leadership, other Recruiters, HR, and Sourcing regarding candidates
- Adhering to time schedules and work plans required by other tasks assigned such as Evacuation Marshall, Asset Custodian, and others
- Ensuring timely completion of required training
- Always adhering to Accenture policies
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting the pre and post (day 1 and 2) hiring requirements of new hires
