The main responsibilities of a Total Rewards Analyst include conducting salary reviews, benchmarking compensation, evaluating job classifications, and developing reward strategies. Furthermore, a Total Rewards Analyst analyzes employee data and surveys to identify areas of improvement and enhance the overall employee experience.
