Job Description

A Part Time Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will involve answering phone calls, emails, and chats from customers, addressing their questions or concerns, providing product information, and assisting with order placements.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service experience and knowledge of customer service software and tools are preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with product information and order placements
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate and efficient responses to customer inquiries
  • Utilize customer service software and tools effectively

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
