Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Accountant to join our team. As a Project Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of our projects by managing all accounting aspects related to project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor project budgets and track expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including project cost analysis and variance explanations
- Collaborate with project managers to forecast project financials and provide insights on financial performance
- Perform project audits to verify compliance with internal controls and policies
- Participate in project meetings to provide financial guidance and support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project accounting
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and project management methodologies
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
