Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing financial forms, documents, and sales reports.
- Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial statements.
- Assisting with tax filings, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and payroll processing.
- Complying with government regulations and requirements.
- Encodes check payables for supplier.
- Prepares posting of invoices manually for customers.
- Maintaining records and filing systems.
- Answering telephones and handling routing correspondence with clients.
- Follow up collection from customers.
- Receives payments and documents of client’s orders or payment from sales agents on the field or on duty.
- Performs other tasks assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Preferably with Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or other related courses.
- Sufficient accounting work experience, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possess excellent understanding of computer programs, such as Microsoft Access and Excel, as well as knowledge of general accounting theories and guidelines.
- Strong familiarity with computerized accounting systems.
- Possesses a team player attitude and promotes a cooperative work atmosphere.
- With proficiency in data entry and word processing.
- Fosters effective communication towards a diverse group of people in verbal and written form.
- Ability to create and present reports, as well as correspondence regularly.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary

- Accounting Clerk: 1 year (Preferred)
