Job Description
Support study implementation by undertaking tasks related to participant recruitment, enrollment, and retention, data management, and compliance monitoring
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the health or social sciences
Professional Experience:
- Preferably with at least two (2) years’ experience in the same capacity
- Background/experience in LGBTQI+/HIV programming an advantage but not required
Competencies Required:
- CLINICAL – Able to embody status-neutral, person-centered approaches and unconditional positive regard towards clients
- TECHNICAL – Proficient in oral and written English business communication; operation of computer and other ICT equipment; knowledge in the use of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace; organizational skills; partnership management and negotiation skills; time and workload management; good documentation skills
- OTHERS – Can work with minimal supervision, highly trainable, detail-oriented, resourceful, can work well within a team (including point persons from foreign partners), proactive, open to constructive feedback, and gender-sensitive
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php40,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
