Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assigned to Dialysis Center Operation Administration and HR.
- Responsible for recruiting the most qualified personnel for the vacant position.
- Manages and develops procedures in HRD.
- Training and Development.
- Administrative works (Benefits/HRIS/Employment Relations).
- Receive, log, and distribute test items to appropriate laboratories.
- Label test items correctly.
- Prepares worksheet before endorsing samples to the laboratory.
- Creating quotations.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor Degree major in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Resource Development, or any related course.
- Knowledge on Statutory Benefits Administration.
- Above Average on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Above average in Communication and Writing Skills.
- Customer-oriented, Good in dealing with people, Approachable.
- Can work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Must be willing to do office assignment in Carmona.

- Monday-Saturday
- 48 Hours work per week
- 8 Hour Shift
Pay:
Starting salary is within P18,00-P20,00 depending on experience and credentials.

- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
