Job Description
The Order Management Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with order management such as order processing, data analysis, communication with internal and external teams, and customer service. The candidate should have experience in managing large volumes of orders and an ability to work well with others while being able to work independently.
Qualifications
- Order Management, Order Processing, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience working with order management systems or similar software is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Willing to work on a hybrid work schedule in Quezon City
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
