Job Description
About the Position
The Brand Analyst position is an entry-level role responsible for generating and analyzing reports, creating purchase orders, and providing data-driven insights. This role involves evaluating pricing data and making adjustments when needed. The Brand Analyst will also work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience and become familiar with our brands and products.
Responsibilities
- Create and compile Excel sheets on a daily basis.
- Evaluate and execute pricing changes.
- Compile and send out purchase orders.
- Complete quarterly analytical projects aligned with Brand Management Team goals.
- Respond to customer service inquiries and voicemails related to e-commerce products.
- Create listings on multiple marketplaces.
- Regularly update internal reports with accurate data.
Qualifications
- At least 1+ year of experience with pivot tables, formulas, and formatting in Excel.
- At least 1+ year of experience analyzing data, identifying issues, providing insights, and implementing recommendations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
