Job Description
- Collaborate with department heads to determine procurement needs for the hotel.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms for goods and services.
- Create and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent stockouts.
- Work closely with the finance team to reconcile invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in market conditions.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing suppliers and identify new potential vendors.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and relevant regulations.
