Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Talent Acquisition Admin at Beepo Inc. As a Talent Acquisition Admin, you will play a key role in the recruitment process, assisting the HR team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. You will be responsible for posting job ads, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the applicant tracking system.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Create and post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the applicant tracking system
- Assist in conducting background and reference checks
- Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is preferred.
