Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, such as managing cash flow, monitoring budgets, and overseeing financial transactions
• Develop financial reports and present them to senior management, including financial statements, budget forecasts, and other financial analyses
• Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations and standards
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that promote financial efficiency and accuracy
• Manage a team of finance professionals, including interviewing, training, and mentoring staff members
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to senior management
• Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to ensure that financial data is accurate and consistent across all departments
• Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, as well as other financial reports required by regulatory bodies

Job Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail to ensure that financial data is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards
• Strong leadership skills
• Having a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
