Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day operation, such as supervision of issue items, staff, stock, and resource management.
The Store Manager provides operational support to F&B production kitchens in meeting all divisional targets and objectives, with a view to maximizing operation satisfaction as well as protecting all assets of the hotel.
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous 5-star hotel experience is an advantage
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- At least 3 years of experience in the same capacity
- Knowledge in any materials control systems (for example Check EAM, Check SCM, MC System) is preferable.
