Job Description
Onsite | Clark, Pampanga
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 4 years of experience in financial/fraud/collections account in BPO
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a leadership role supporting voice, inbound call taking agents
- Excellent English communication skill
- Amenable to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga
- Amenable to work in night shift/shifting schedules
