Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team and take charge of the Compensation and Benefits department.
As the HR Specialist – Compensation and Benefits, you will be responsible for managing the company’s compensation and benefits programs. Your tasks will include designing and implementing competitive salary structures, evaluating job positions, and conducting salary surveys to ensure that our compensation packages remain appealing and competitive in the market.
In addition, you will collaborate with department heads and senior management to develop and enhance employee benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and employee wellness initiatives. You will ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards while making recommendations for improvements when necessary.
To qualify for this position, you should have a strong background in HR, specifically in compensation and benefits. You should possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Strong communication and negotiation skills are also essential for this role.
