Job Description
We are looking for a Chat Support Representative to assist our customers with their queries or concerns when using our products and services.
What you’ll do:
- Answer clients’ questions via multiple support channels.
- Provide clients with professional support and technical issue resolution:
- Provide response to Tax related inquiries
- System technical support
- Review customer inquiries and questions, acquire all relevant details, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Provide timely, efficient, and professional follow-up to customer’s inquiries.
- Communicate directly with clients and internal employees to coordinate issue resolution.
- Escalate incidents when necessary.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience as a Support agent and working with global customers.
- Must have experience using CRM tools; Hubspot is preferred.
- Ability to learn and support new platforms quickly, self-taught, and self-reliant when finding solutions.
- Strong attention to detail in organization and process workflows.
- VAT knowledge – Advantage
- Amenable to work in a hybrid set up (3x a week onsite)
- Advanced knowledge in Excel
