Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of IT Associate in our company. As an IT Associate, you will be responsible for assisting the IT department in various tasks and providing technical support to our staff.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Installing and configuring hardware and software
- Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Providing technical support to employees
- Managing and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Assisting in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
