Job Description
- Perform vehicle maintenance and proper troubleshooting process.
- Must follow standard servicing procedures and process established by the company.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and clean.
- Secure and return old parts properly to customer vehicle.
- Organize work by reviewing daily requirements; checking and gathering supplies.
- Complete vehicle service requirements by cleaning windows, lubricating, changing filters, tires, and belts, keeping coolant, window cleaner, and tire air up to level, etc.
- Keep vehicles presentable by maintaining cleanliness and removing waste.
- Store and retrieve vehicles by driving and parking vehicle when authorized.
- Secure vehicles by locking doors, windows, and trunks before leaving the vehicle.
- Maintain a safe environment by watching out for pedestrian traffic; following standards and procedures; complying with traffic and driving regulations.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities/trainings, reading service publications.
- Accomplish maintenance and organization missions (5’s) by completing related results as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Advisor and After Sales Manager.
- Ensure vehicle safety and quality during servicing.
