Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain sound internal controls and procedures.
- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations is essential, as well as proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
