Job Description

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms in matters related to office jobs and related works
  • File documents as per the requirement of the office managers or update files and registers related to attendance and work of the staff
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Requisition and coordination of travel arrangements to the main office (flight bookings, accommodation, and other related travel arrangements)
  • Perform other administrative functions and special assignments as directed by the immediate head
