Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team as a HR Supervisor. As the HR Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the human resources department and ensuring smooth operations in all HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards.
- Ensure effective employee orientation and training programs are in place to promote employee development.
- Handle employee relations matters, such as grievances and disciplinary actions, in a fair and consistent manner.
- Oversee performance management processes, including performance appraisals, goal-setting, and coaching.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a HR supervisory role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
