Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team. As a Recruitment Manager, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting the best talent for our organization.
Your responsibilities will include developing recruitment strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining our candidate database, coordinating job fairs and recruitment events, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
