Job Description
What will be your role?
- Ensure 100% compliance of manpower, equipment, customer service, and cleanliness
- Implement policies and thorough monitoring of handled stations
- Train new Supervisors and ensure continuous training of Supervisors, Cashiers, and Pump Attendants
- Comply with performance audit and internal audit of handled stations
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any course
Must-haves:
- At least five (5) years of working experience as an Area Manager
- Experience in the fuel or sales industry
- Good oral and written communication skills
