Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Lead Customer Service Agent. As the E-Commerce Lead, you will be responsible for managing the customer service department and ensuring exceptional customer service experiences for our e-commerce clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing necessary training and guidance.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Monitor customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize the e-commerce customer journey.

Requirements:
