Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly skilled Test Manager to join our team. As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all testing activities and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. You will be working closely with the development team to define test strategies, identify testing requirements, and develop test plans.
Your main responsibilities will include managing a team of testers, coordinating the testing process, and reporting the test results to senior management. You will also be involved in identifying and implementing improvements to the testing process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Manage the testing team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with the development team to identify testing requirements
- Monitor and report on the progress of testing activities
- Identify and implement improvements to the testing process
- Ensure that all testing activities are performed according to industry best practices
