Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Primary responsible for the end to end process of recruitment
- Updates 201 files and employee master list from time to time
- Monitor employee attendance
- Time keeping and payroll
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Ensures an activity or event is being conducted every month to create a harmonious relationship across the organization
Job Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR Officer/Team Leader handling two or more facets of Human Resources

Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
