Job Description
Requirements:
- With 1 year work-related experience
- Computer knowledge
- Receive shipments and ensure both quality and quantity.
- Trace, track and expedite purchase processes
- Create and maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Ensure accuracy of all inventories
- Maintain communication with warehouse staff to ensure proper working order
- Ensure all DOCUMENTATIONS are processed in time
- Knowledge on PEZA documentation processing
- Create packing lists and update shipment information in the database
- Organize files both manually and electronically
- Coordinate deliveries for repaired or returned items
- Can operate forklift for loading/unloading of goods
- Ensure that the warehouse has sufficient space for incoming deliveries
- Conduct safety procedures for outbound shipment vehicles
- Willing to work in FCIE Dasmarinas & EPZA Rosario, Cavite
