Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management or AB/BS Psychology;
- With at least 1 year working experience as an HR Generalist
- With working experience in Construction Company is an advantage, but not required.
- Knowledgeable in Labor Law
- Familiar and knowledgeable in all facets of HR
- Has a flexible work personality and a positive attitude.
- Willing to comply with any work tasks given
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Duties and Responsibility:
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, Employee Relations, and other tasks of HR.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Responsible for maintaining all business and employee information strictly confidential.
- Demonstrated excellence in time management, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php17,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Overtime
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
