Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting the Accounting Department in performing functions relative to payables, receivables, inventory, sales audit, and general accounting.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or BS Accounting Management or any related course
- With at least one (1) year of work experience in various aspects of accounting operations
- Experience handling accounts payable is an advantage
- Organized, highly analytical, and keen to detail
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) and preferably Oracle
- Has good communication skills both oral and written
- Able to work with minimal supervision and must possess strong problem-solving skills
- Can work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving, and results
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila (on-site)
