Job Description
As an Environment, Health and Safety Supervisor at Shera Building Solution Philippines, Corp., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our employees. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with environmental regulations and creating a safe working environment for all personnel.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and areas of improvement
- Developing and delivering training programs to educate employees on EHS policies and procedures
- Investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
- Collaborating with management to develop and update emergency response plans and procedures
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant environmental, health, and safety legislation
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of EHS regulations and requirements, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to influence positive change throughout the organization.
