Client Profile: One of the leading clothing companies that was founded in 2002. This company provides high-quality and affordable clothing products.
Position: Store Manager Trainee
Company Industry: Retail (Clothing Brand)
Location: Manila & Fairview
Salary Offer: Php27,00 basic salary + Php5,00 – Php10,00 allowance
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Mall Hours)
Work Set Up: On-Site

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- At least 2 – 3 years of experience in retail management.
- Experience in retail clothing is an advantage.
- Amenable to work on-site.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the sales team.
- Review and analyze sales and operational records and reports.
- Maintain sales volume and selling price.
- Responsible for leading the sales team to reach sales targets.
- Setting sales goals, planning, and projecting future performance.
- Responsible for daily operations.
