Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and fluent Mandarin-speaking individual to join our team as a Tech Support Specialist. As the Mandarin-Speaking Tech Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our Mandarin-speaking customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and efficient technical support to Mandarin-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for customers.
- Assist customers in setting up and configuring their systems and applications.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and escalate complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and solutions provided.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
- Proven experience in providing technical support or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
