Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Seafood Cook
Summary of Position:
Creative and proficient in all aspects of food preparation. Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities. Create new menus that meet quality standards. Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs. Give prepared plates the final touch. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
