Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Product Trainer to join our team. As a Product Trainer, your main responsibility will be to deliver training to our employees and clients on the features and functionality of our products.
You will be responsible for designing and conducting training sessions, developing training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and a passion for teaching others.
- Educate and train employees and clients on the features and functionalities of our products
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training sessions
- Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources
- Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Provide support and guidance to trainees during and after training sessions
