Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Head to join our team. As the Finance Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Your primary duties will include managing and analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, monitoring cash flow, and implementing financial strategies to drive profitability and growth. You will also be responsible for forecasting financial trends, assessing risks, and providing recommendations to optimize financial performance.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and proven leadership abilities. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial software systems, and regulatory requirements is also required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
- Proficient in financial software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
