Job Description
A Recruitment Specialist is responsible for attracting, screening and selecting qualified candidates for job openings within an organization. They collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand the staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
As a Recruitment Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies
- Creating job descriptions and posting job advertisements
- Reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate screenings
- Conducting interviews and assessments
- Providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers
- Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process
- Building a talent pipeline and maintaining relationships with potential candidates
