Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Boracay Island. As the Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment, ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all departments within the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Handle any operational issues, guest complaints, or emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
- Train and develop staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback and implement necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and efficient operations.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in hotel management, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. Being organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure are also essential qualities for a Duty Manager.
