Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Analyst with fluency in Bahasa to join our Customer Fulfillment team. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing customer data and providing insights to optimize the fulfillment process.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer fulfillment.
- Work closely with the Customer Service team to address any customer-related issues or concerns.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the fulfillment process.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide reports on the department’s performance.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Bahasa is essential, as you will be handling customer inquiries and providing support to Bahasa-speaking customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
