Job Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Sales Assistant. As an Executive Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department.
In this role, you will assist in managing sales activities, including preparing sales reports, tracking sales data, and coordinating sales meetings. You will also be responsible for managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client databases.
To excel in this position, you must have exceptional organizational and communication skills. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Previous experience in sales or administrative roles is preferred.
