Job Description
- Assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels and other activities.
- Providing information on destinations, travel itineraries, and travel-related services.
- Offering recommendations based on clients’ preferences and budget constraints.
- Handling reservations, cancellations, and changes to existing bookings.
- Keeping up-to-date with travel industry trends, regulations, and new destinations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in hospitality, tourism, business, or a related field is beneficial but not always mandatory.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and online reservation platforms.
- Basic knowledge of geography and popular travel destinations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
