Job Description
Neat Engagements Company, Inc. is currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming office guests and directing them to the person or office they’re visiting
- Answering and making phone calls on behalf of office employees
- Handling office correspondence
- Maintaining office supplies
- Scheduling meetings for employees
- Maintaining the reception area
- Keeping office records up to date
- Performing various other clerical tasks, including faxing, transcribing, and filing
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php610.00 per day
Schedule:
- 12-hour shift
- 8-hour shift
- Overtime
Ability to Commute:
- Taguig City (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Taguig City: Relocate before starting work (Required)
