Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Follows the Store and Mall Admin House Rules
- Implements daily opening and/or closing procedures in the prep station area
- Ensures compliance to Food Safety and sanitation procedures
- Knows the standard recipe of our marinated products
- Expert in assembling raw ingredients per product and follows standard portioning
- Receive and store raw materials properly (FIFO) and label items according to standard shelf-life
- Maintains enough back-up of raw materials needed
- Monitors wastages and scraps

Php14,300.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
