Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Accounting Manager to join our team. As a Finance and Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information. You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounting department
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide insights to improve profitability
- Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures
- Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPA certification is highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of financial legislation and regulations
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office
