Job Description
- Ensure dental sessions run as smoothly as possible by following the instructions of the dentists.
- Prepare and maintain the clinical environment: clean, disinfect, and organize the clinic.
- Build relationship with doctors, patients, and other clinic staff and willing to be trained.
- Make sure that all tools and materials are laid out for a dentist before a procedure begins.
- Help reassure patients and provide support to the dentist during treatment.
- Take photos of the patients before and after the treatments.
- Organize schedule of the patients and receive payment.
- Make end of day report of patients and payment.
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
- Address visitor questions and needs, providing an overall welcoming environment.
- Answer calls and field them accordingly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service assistance.
- Welcome patients with a smile before entering.
