Job Description
The Project Manager manages and coordinates all aspects in different phases of the project. From the pre-construction stage, construction stage up to post-construction phase. They provide leadership and direct all groups involved in the success of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Plan the overall and specific requirements of the project.
- Implement the project activities based on the desired schedule, quality, within budget, and in a safe manner.
- Prepare complete reports to update the head office about the status of issues/concerns and recommend resolutions developed with the site team.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve concerns and seek assistance.
- Establish meaningful relationships with relevant authorities.
- Manage and control the deliverables commitment of admin/sub-con.
- Monitor and control project performance.
- Oversee project turnover and closure.
- Prepare and submit the project operating plan.
