Job Description
We are looking for someone who can help in assisting our crew members on applying their VISA requirements. The ideal candidate will have some background on applying on Schengen and US VISA and can work in high-volume driven tasks with tight deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 1 year of work-related experience in a maritime/manning agency
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares request for payment of US Visa.
- Secures all documents needed for Visa applications (Passport, Seamans book, Valid photo and completed application form, among others).
- Encodes online applications (DS 160).
- Secures Visa appointments online.
- Prepares Guarantee Letters.
- Briefs new applicants for US Visa and ensures crew appearance.
- Files Visa at the US embassy (for renewal only).
- Ensures accomplished Visa application forms are correct and complete.
- Picks up the released Visa.
- Monitors appointments to ensure slots are available for re-scheduling and rush applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month

Experience:
- Maritime/Manning: 1 year (Preferred)
