Job Description
Site Acquisition Lead is responsible for overseeing the site acquisition process for our company. This position plays a crucial role in identifying and securing suitable locations for our projects. Working closely with the team members, the Site Acquisition Lead will negotiate lease agreements, obtain necessary permits, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential site locations for our projects
- Negotiate lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for site development
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective project execution
- Manage relationships with landlords, local authorities, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proven experience in site acquisition and project management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with local zoning laws and regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a team
