Job Description
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a vital role in our organization’s HR department. This position requires a well-rounded individual with a strong understanding of various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to making job offers. Additionally, you will handle employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Another key area of focus will be employee relations, where you’ll provide guidance and support for both employees and managers. This includes resolving conflicts, facilitating effective communication, and handling disciplinary actions when necessary.
Your involvement in performance management will include conducting regular performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and creating development plans for employees. Moreover, you will assist in the implementation of employee training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
