Job Description
Are you a skilled problem solver with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a Query Advisor to join our dynamic team.
As a Query Advisor, you will be responsible for addressing customer queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. You will utilize your excellent communication skills to provide accurate and concise responses, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to customer queries via email, phone, and chat
- Research and analyze customer issues to provide effective solutions
- Document and keep track of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
